Angle Land & Developments is a successful, privately owned property development and investment company based in the South East, with industry experience spanning over 31 years. Founded by Luke Lambert in 2018, our team of Chartered Surveyors bring the highest professional standards and deep market insight to every project.

As a property developer in the South East, we specialise in strategic land and a diverse range of asset classes including residential, care homes, retirement schemes, drive throughs, data centres and the energy sector. Our approach is to optimise the value of every site on its individual merits. Where a mixed use scheme best serves the planning and commercial case, that is the route we take.

Our flat management structure enables us to make well informed, rapid decisions which go hand in hand with our flexible approach, allowing us to work in partnership with landowners on a joint venture basis. We focus on combining proven property development and investment experience with vision and ambition.

We operate across the whole of the South East, with recent successes in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Oxfordshire and Surrey. Our track record reflects our commitment to unlocking the full potential of every site we work on.

Site Requirements

Angle has immediate and substantial funds available for new acquisitions across the South East. As an experienced property developer, we are actively seeking opportunities across a wide range of asset classes including residential, strategic land, care homes, retirement schemes, drive-throughs, data centres and the energy sector.

  • Sites with or without planning permission.
  • Option Agreement’s, Conditional and Unconditional contracts, Promotion Agreements.
  • Joint Ventures.
  • Sites with a purchase price between £500k – £20M.
  • Target price point between £350 and £800 psf.
  • Sites suitable of accommodating 10 – 250+ units.
  • Any Use Classes considered.

Angle has forged strong working relationships with land owners and stakeholders throughout the South East and the surrounding areas. We have built a reputation for unlocking a site’s potential through strategic planning and quality designs, having secured over 2,800 units with a gross development value exceeding £540M and 45,000 sq ft of commercial space across our own sites and consultancy projects in the region.

Our Land Team and consultants are experienced in identifying and maximising the right opportunity for each location, ensuring every site reaches its full potential.
